Tammy, please let me take this opportunity to extend my thank you for the excellent services you provide to Bogdan Pytka and his wife on their recent relocation from Chicago to Poland.  I especially appreciate the time you spent corresponding with Bogdan and his wife prior to their visit to understand the type of housing they wanted to meet their needs, and the needs of their seven year old son.  I know that they appreciated the opportunity to review the specifications of the available houses beforehand, and they felt you were able to identify exactly the type of housing and the type of neighborhood that they were interested in.In addition, once Bogdan and his wife arrived for their introductory visit, you escorted them as they visited each house, and you were very helpful in identifying for them the pros and cons of each area, and the key information they needed regarding available schooling for their son This was a particular challenge because their son needed English As A Second Language instruction, which you discovered is not offered at all schools. This helped the Pytkas select a school that did offer this program at their site.Finally, when Bogdan arrived for his assignment, you were very helpful in getting him settled in his house, and you were gracious enough to make all of the arrangements for having his rental furniture delivered prior to his arrival, and you also made the arrangements for all of the utilities to be activated.  This allowed the Pytkas to settle in very quickly.  This was especially important because they arrived just before Christmas. Tammy, in summary, thank you again for all of your assistance with the Pytkas.  They felt you were very attentive to their needs, and very much appreciated all of your support.  I will definitely ask for your assistance with our next transferees.
